How many weeks are you pausing for? *

Reason for suspension?

I understand that this will place a temporary freeze on my account and I will not have access to book classes until the day after the final day of my suspension. I am also aware that payment dates will be pushed out by the number of days suspended and the block of time that the contract is suspended doesn't count toward the duration of the contract.
