HYROX is 8 runs, 8 stations, one clock. At F45 Parkdale we run a real HYROX program - official sleds, race simulations, and coaches who compete - whether you're chasing a podium or just want to prove you can.
Intro offer for people new to F45 Parkdale. Events are open to absolutely everyone.
HYROX is a fitness race that's identical everywhere in the world: run 1km, hit a functional workout station, repeat - eight times. No surprises, no obstacles you can't train for. Just you, measurable progress, and a finish line.
You do not need to be an athlete to start. Every class scales to your level, and most people who walk in "just curious" leave with a race date circled on the calendar. If you can move, you can train for this.
Three coached HYROX sessions at F45 Parkdale - the easiest way to find out if this is your thing before committing to anything bigger. Book below, pick your class times, and come see what race training actually feels like.
Start With 3 Classes →New to F45 Parkdale only. Classes run Wednesdays & Fridays at 6:50 PM.
Purpose-built HYROX training, designed and coached by athletes who race.
Built by Coach Sonia and Coach Chelsie to progress your skills week over week - not the same class on repeat.
Wednesdays and Fridays each have their own programming focus, so training twice a week actually compounds.
Race-spec sleds and ropes, with outdoor running built into training so race day feels familiar, not foreign.
We don't use the F45 screens in HYROX classes. This is programmed specifically for the race.
A self-led run plan designed by Coach Val - intervals, threshold and long runs - plus optional weekly group runs led by Coach Chelsie.
Simulation events throughout the block so you experience the format - stations, transitions, nerves - before you ever pin on a bib.
Our HYROX program is led by accomplished hybrid athletes who compete in the sport they coach.
HYROX PRO athlete with seven races across solo, doubles and relay divisions - including Pro Doubles with Coach Chelsie. Co-creator of the 12-week program.
HYROX PRO athlete - 15 races, two 1st-place relay finishes - and 2× DEKA World Championship podium finisher. Co-creator of the program and host of our weekly community runs.
Former competitive track and cross-country athlete, and a HYROX PRO racer who cut five minutes off his own Men's Pro time between seasons. Designer of the progressive run program that gets you race-ready.
I'd never heard of HYROX a year ago, when F45 Parkdale held a mini-sim. I've now done two HYROX programs with them - training for Toronto and Ottawa - and performed much better than I would ever have imagined. The training team is super supportive, progressively challenging, and has the knowledge and experience to lead any hybrid athlete to the next level.
Joining the F45 Parkdale HYROX training program was one of the best decisions I made for my race prep. The coaches were awesome, the group was incredibly welcoming, and the positive atmosphere kept me motivated in every session. And all the hard work paid off with a new PB on race day!
The coaches are experienced HYROX athletes themselves and bring that firsthand knowledge into the training. Their programming helped me hit a new PB - cutting 15 minutes off my previous HYROX race time. I'm already looking forward to the next round.
I was initially reluctant to start HYROX - with young kids and a demanding profession, I wasn't looking to get into competitive racing. But the program at F45 Parkdale completely changed that. The coaches had me fully prepared for my first race, and helped me achieve a personal best in Ottawa. Now I'm fully hooked.
Our race sims are the real thing in miniature: the same stations, the same clock, and a coach-led, everyone-cheering-you-on atmosphere - on a Saturday afternoon in Parkdale. Most people who race them aren't even F45 Parkdale members. Some are training for HYROX Toronto; some just want to find out what they're made of. Singles or doubles, every division, all levels welcome.
All 8 stations, zero running - the pure strength challenge. This one's full, and that should tell you something about how fast these go.
Sold OutThe full 12-station format: 8 workout stations plus 1km runs. Race it solo or grab a partner and go doubles.
Grab a Spot →Same full simulation - and the last tune-up before HYROX Toronto hits town in October. Solo or doubles.
Grab a Spot →All events at F45 Parkdale, 1558 Queen St W. Your start time is assigned at least 3 days before the event. All sales are final.
The intro is your on-ramp. When you want the whole thing, our 12-week HYROX block gives you a progressive program of coached classes, simulation events, a designed run program, and a private training community - built to take you from first class to finish line.
It runs on a set calendar with limited spots, so the move is simple: start with your 3 classes now, and ask us about the next block while you're in.
